About DTAC 2011

Each year Toastmasters from all over District 79, which covers the GCC states, Jordan and Lebanon hold a District Toastmasters Annual Conference. This conference is known as the DTAC. This three day event brings together Toastmasters from all over the region. With an attendance of over 400 individuals every year, it allows business professionals, students, and people from all walks of life to come together in a space that allows them to:

Participate in the District level International Speech, Humorous Speech, Evaluation and Table Topics Contests. In these contests, winners of each division compete for winning spots. Winners will represent District 79 in the Toastmasters International convention held later in 2011. These competitions thus feature the best speakers in the region.
Attend Keynote Speeches and Educational Workshops by World Champion Speakers, and professionals in the training and communication fields.
Network with Toastmasters from all over the region.
Conduct important District executive committees and Council Meetings
Have a memorable educational experience together.

This year we are proud to announce that the DTAC will be hosted in Amman between May 26th and 28th 2011. Join us in this once in a life time educational opportunity

If you want to stay few days more, you would have a chance to visit historical and tourist spots in Jordan like the famous sites of Jerash, Petra and the Dead Sea. You can arrange for special tours with the local agents. Carry on with Toastmasters/tourist holiday!
