Registration Guidelines

In order to ensure a smooth registration of the event; kindly follow the below steps:

Cash Payment

  1. Pay the event fees to the Finance Committee representative. Make sure you keep a copy of receipt and that your copy shows a clear reference number.
  2. Fill registration form online and mark the payment section as follows:
    • Choose “Cash” in the “Method of Payment” field
    • Fill the Receipt serial number in the “Reference” field.
  3. Complete the registration form and don’t forget to confirm reading the “Payment Policy” and “Photo Disclaimer” sections.
  4. Ensure that you receive an auto e-mail right after you submit the registration form.
  5. In 3-5 days you will receive an e-mail that confirms receipt of your payment and provides you with your confirmation number.
    • If no confirmation is received within 5 days, please send an e-mail to registration@dtac79.com.
    • If you have submitted the form and there was an issue with the payment, the registration team will contact you to solve this problem.

Bank Transfer Payments

  1. Make a transfer according to the below details. Make sure to keep a copy of the remittance confirmation which contains a reference number. (details will be posted soon)

  2. Fill registration form online and mark the payment section as follows:
    • Choose “Bank Transfer” in the “Method of Payment” field.
    • Fill the remittance reference in the “Reference” field.
  3. Complete the registration form and don’t forget to confirm reading the “Payment Policy” and “Photo Disclaimer” sections.
  4. Ensure that you receive an auto e-mail right after you submit the registration form.
  5. In 3-5 days you will receive an e-mail that confirms receipt of your payment and provides you with your confirmation number.
    • If no confirmation is received within 5 days, please send an e-mail to registration@dtac79.com.
    • If you have submitted the form and there was an issue with the payment, the registration team will contact you to solve this problem.

Payment through Area Packages

  1. Fill registration form online and mark the payment section as follows:
    • Choose “Area Package” in the “Method of Payment” field.
    • Fill your Area Number in the “Reference” field.
  2. Complete the registration form and don’t forget to confirm reading the “Payment Policy” and “Photo Disclaimer” sections.
  3. Ensure that you receive an auto e-mail right after you submit the registration form.
  4. In 30 days you will receive an e-mail that confirms receipt of your payment and provides you with your confirmation number.
  • If no confirmation is received within 30 days, please contact your area governor.

 

 

  • If you have not made any payment please mark payment method as “No Payment Made Yet”
  • You can change any of the information entered in the form at any time you want; except for the payment information after confirmation is received.
